About Islamic inheritance law resources by Wassiyyah

Updated: Mar 1

Our vision is to spread the divine message of Islamic Inheritance law and reach every part of the world. This work is created through years of extensive research and under the guidance of prominent and academically qualified Shaikhs and Muftis (Doctorate/Ph.D). We are here to convey the learning and teaching of Islamic Inheritance law to the entire world community.

Islamic law of Inheritance is divine law that governs the Muslim's life similar to the other laws of water, earth, sky, creatures, universe, paradise, and beyond undiscoverable to us. The Islamic inheritance law was first interpreted by Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallama). Later on, it was carried over by companions of the Prophet. A further interpretation was completed by scholars of Sunni Islamic jurisprudence schools (i.e., Hanafi, Shafii, Maliki, and Hanbali). As we stand, the Islamic Inheritance law is firmly established through all four sources; the Holy Quran, Sunnah, Ejma (i.e., the consensus of companions), and Qiyas (i.e., analogical deductions through reasoning). The "Qiyas" was used as a last source if other sources were not possible.

The majority of the world community considers the Muslim succession law to be complex and not easy to understand, even though the people of the desert in Arabia had well understood when there was a lack of skills, tools, and resources. Many professionals and scholars also have this misconception, unfortunately. We do many challenging and complicated things in life but do not realize the simplicity and beauty of Islamic inheritance law. We are here to make it as simple as possible for you to learn and teach your family members, relatives, friends, and the community at large. Start your learning today through our intuitive course and blogs.

Allah, the Most Glorified and the Most High, knows the best. As a human, We are limited to everything and can not perceive it in totality...
